The 28th State Conference of Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishath (ABVP), will be held in Kolkata from April 9 to 10. About 125 delegates from various districts of the Pashchim Banga (West Bengal) and Sikkim unit are expected to participate in the two day conference.
Review of education policies of the government both at Central and State levels, impact of globalization on education, commercialization of education, corruption of UPA gevernment and many other issues concerning student welfare are the key points that would be discussed at the meet.
Issues relating to national integrity and security, status of economy, inflation, current political situation in West Bengal and several other topics will also be talked about.
